Hi, Y’all! I’m Heather Willems. I'm a nurse, a wife, and mom of two boys, and I have been working from home as a nurse for over seven years now. After offering advice to friends, I wanted to start this platform to help more nurses who are burned out and looking to leave the bedside, but don't know where to start.

I started my nursing career in women's health and then spent years in the PACU. After meeting my husband and moving from Georgia to Wisconsin, I worked for a pulmonologist and sleep medicine specialist in the clinic and loved the schedule! After having my boys, everything changed for me, and I knew I wanted more flexibility and time at home with my family. I honestly didn't know remote nursing jobs existed! After starting a family, I knew I needed more options and started my search. I applied over and over until I got my foot in the door doing utilization management.

My desire to help others is the reason I became a nurse, and my passion is to help and support my fellow nurses. Nurses supporting nurses is my motto, and we need that support now more than ever! Your life and dreams are worth fighting for my friend!
